Questions
Why does the portal reject my photo even though it looks fine?
Most portals check three things: the file type (JPG), the pixel size and the file size in KB. A photo that is too small in KB is rejected as well as one that is too big. This tool hits all three.
Are the presets official?
We checked them against the latest official notices on 16 October 2026 (JEE Main 2026, NEET UG 2026, CUET UG 2026, SBI and IBPS 2026, SSC CGL 2026, UPSC CSE 2026). Rules change with every notification, so compare with your own notice; each preset shows its source.
How do I upload the SBI or IBPS handwritten declaration?
Pick the declaration preset: it shows the exact text to write in English, in black ink, on white paper. Photograph it, and we clean the paper and save it at 800×400 px, 50–100 KB, 200 DPI.
Does SSC still need a photo upload?
For SSC CGL 2026 the photo is taken live with your webcam or the SSC app, so no photo file is uploaded. The signature is still uploaded: 10–20 KB, about 4 × 2 cm.
Do you upload my photo?
No. Resizing happens in your browser. Turn off your internet after the page loads and it still works.
My signature is on lined paper. Will it work?
Sign on plain white paper in black or blue ink and take a well-lit photo. Crop close to the signature for the best result.
