Are the colours the real ones?
They are the AI's best guess from millions of photos. Skies, skin, grass and wood come out convincingly; clothes, cars and painted walls may differ from the real colours.
Why does it download 129 MB the first time?
That is the colour model itself. It is stored by your browser, so the next photos start at once, even offline. Your photo is never sent anywhere.
How long does it take?
About 10–30 seconds per photo on a computer, longer on older phones. The first photo also waits for the one-time model download.
